Race Day

Description:

Race Day is a decodable with the focus skill of multisyllabic words and words with ough. This title was specifically designed to support older students as they develop foundational English reading skills, as it emphasize the domains of language development (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with an emphasis on cognates and vocabulary. Race Day is about two friends, Pough and the narrator, who run a challenging race through parks, roads, and tunnels.
