INFORMATION COLLECTED
When you register for an account (your “Account”) on our Site, you provide us your name, email address, and password. When you sign up for the Service, we or our third-party payment provider will collect payment, shipping and billing information in order to process your transaction. In addition, we collect the name, birth date, grade and reading level of any children joining if you subscribe to the Service.
If you purchase a gift for another recipient through our Service, we or our third-party payment provider will collect payment information. We will collect the sender’s and gift recipient’s names, if provided, as well as a personal message, if provided.
When you receive a shipment, we record which books you receive and which you return. If you provide us feedback or contact us via email, we will collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in the email, in order to send you a reply.
We may combine personal information collected through the Site or Service with other information that we or third parties collect about you in other contexts—such as our communications with you via email or phone, or your customer service records. We will treat such combined information as personal information and protect it in accordance with this Policy.

We work with a number of marketing companies that assist in marketing our Services to you on third-party websites. These companies may collect information about online activities conducted on a particular computer, browser or device over time and across third-party websites or online services for the purpose of delivering advertising that is likely to be of greater interest to you. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and we may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents and business partners. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our Services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes. Information Collected via Referrals
Just Right Reader may offer a referral credit or bonus to you for referring others and/or our subscribers for referring you to us. When you refer others, we may identify you as the referrer in communications with the potential new subscriber. In instances where you sign up for the service through a referral link posted anywhere, including but not necessarily limited to Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, email, or message board, the referring subscriber will be able to see that you signed up and view your email address. No other information is shared.

The Company is based in the United States. No matter where you are located, you consent to the processing and transferring of your information in and to the U.S. and other countries. To dispose of personal data, we may anonymize it, delete it or take appropriate steps. Data may persist in copies made for backup and business continuity purposes for additional time.
REVIEWING AND UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION

Note that deactivating your account does not cause your account information to be deleted from our servers.

A NOTE ABOUT CHILDREN
While Just Right Reader’s Service is designed to benefit children, children under the age of 16 are not eligible to use our Service directly. California law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, a list of the third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information (if any) for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the types of personal information disclosed to those parties.
