To ensure we can process your file correctly your student data file must include the following columns:
- Student ID
- District Name
- School Name
- Teacher Name
- Grade Level
- Student Name
- Assessment Date / Testing Window (Most Recent or Current)
- Literacy Assessment Scores
Please Note: If your file contains multiple rows per student (e.g., multiple assessments), please include a "Homeroom" or "Official Teacher" column. This ensures we assign the student to the correct teacher for delivery
