Customer Service Representative - US Remote


Our company is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibility of the role will be to provide exceptional customer support, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers about products, services, and pricing.
  • Enter customer orders into the company's system accurately and efficiently.
  • Track and monitor customer orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Communicate with other departments, including Sales, Customer Success, and Fulfillment, to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep customer information up-to-date in the company's system.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite.
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
