Customer Service Representative - US Remote
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibility of the role will be to provide exceptional customer support, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers about products, services, and pricing.
- Enter customer orders into the company's system accurately and efficiently.
- Track and monitor customer orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Communicate with other departments, including Sales, Customer Success, and Fulfillment, to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Keep customer information up-to-date in the company's system.
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in the Google Suite.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
